Respondent Experience (REx) Teams
In addition to global reach, SSI has local knowledge. Our Respondent Experience (REx) teams assist clients in every geography with their online surveys - helping to identify issues with language, logic, culture, and lifestyle. This ensures that surveys are relevant for the local market and the defined target audience. Our 400 employees represent more than 36 languages and 50 nationalities.
SSI Panel Management
SSI nurtures the long-term participation of our online community through members-only Websites, newsletters, and support services. SSI also continually tests and evaluates survey rewards to ensure that they are valued by respondents and appropriate for the task.
SSI recruits online respondents from more than 3,400 sources using a variety of methods and targeted approaches. These include banner ads, keywords, search links, pop-up polls, email, online invitations, and co-registration. Community membership is double opt-in, and all applicants are carefully screened.
