SURVEY SAMPLING INTERNATIONAL, LLC 

GENERAL WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY 

1.         Description.

Survey Sampling International, LLC ("SSI" and any reference to SSI shall include SSI's affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions) is in the business of providing statistical sample to organizations that conduct survey research generally for marketing or for social science purposes. SSI's headquarters and principal place of business is at International Place, 6 Research Drive, Shelton, CT 06484.

2.         Privacy Commitment.

This General Website Privacy Policy (this "Privacy Policy") applies to all Personal Information submitted by individuals through SSI's general company website. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the term "Personal Information" includes, without limitation, first and last name, title, e-mail address, company name, and company's business address. Individuals may submit Personal Information through SSI's general company website ("SSI Website") either through the "Request a Quote" submission or "mySSI Newsletter" submission. SSI will only use the Personal Information for the purpose(s) for which such Personal Information is submitted or provided to SSI and for no other purpose(s). SSI will not include the Personal Information submitted by or through SSI's Website in any of SSI's panel databases and SSI will not register the individual submitting the Personal Information as a panel member.

3.         Security.

SSI is committed to protecting the security and integrity of Personal Information. SSI maintains commercially reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect and secure Personal Information from unauthorized disclosure to, and/or use and/or access by, any third party or third parties. SSI shall use, disclose, protect, secure and maintain all Personal Information submitted or provided to SSI in accordance with any and all applicable international, Federal, state and/or local laws, codes, regulations, and requirements.

By submitting your Personal Information to SSI by or through SSI's Website, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. SSI hereby reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, from time to time, and SSI will post any such changes on SSI's Website for your review. Your continued use of, and interaction with, SSI's Website, after SSI revises this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy, as amended.
