For clients who don’t have sufficient time or resources to collect the survey research data, tabulate the data, and document the research results, SSI provides data processing services. We'll handle this entire process for you, and then deliver the files in your chosen format to get you started on the analysis more quickly. Think of SSI as an extension of your data processing team.
Database appending services
Filling in missing data elements can be invaluable in forming a more complete profile of a respondent group. SSI offers database appending services to serve both online and telephone researchers. We can cross-reference your file with other databases to find matching fields, such as telephone number, address, county data, and email addresses. In addition, SSI can append PRIZM codes, Acxiom information, and other demographic data to improve targeting and completion rates.
Tracking studies
A tracking study looks at changes in attitudes, awareness or buying habits over time. The sample, as well as the interviewing techniques, must be consistent throughout the study since the tabulations from one study to another will be analyzed for differences. SSI has the ability to set up and manage a tracking study for you because of our depth of sampling knowledge – and coverage – across multiple markets.
