Questionnaire Design Consultation
Questionnaire Design Consultation
SSI is the critical link between client questionnaires and survey respondents. Well-designed questionnaires mean a better respondent experience. More engaged respondents mean better quality research.
SSI offers expert consultation in questionnaire design based on in-depth research of aspects such as conditioning, rewards effects, filter questions, "don't know" response options, response option ordering, and the optimal number of items per screen in online surveys.
Project consultation in advance of your project launch can lead to better start rates, lower dropout rates, fewer screenouts, and more.
SSI consultation services include:
- Individual Project Consultation - single survey recommendations;
- Consulting Retainer - for more complex, larger-scale projects, one of our design experts will set aside a block of time to meet with you and provide interactive consulation; and
- Seminar presentations - you assemble the participants and our experts will come to you for group training.
With SSI's expert guidance, you can improve your questionnaire design and get better, more actionable data to positively support your clients' business decisions.
