SSI Rolls Out QuickThoughts Mobile App in Australia iPad App to Attract More Mobile Users to Research

SYDNEY, Sept. 4, 2013 – SSI today announced the release of its free QuickThoughts mobile app in Australia, offering a new type of mobile sampling and data collection solution for marketing researchers.

The SSI QuickThoughts mobile app offers iTunes credits as the exclusive reward for survey takers’ time. It incorporates the latest technology to create an interface that is simple and highly intuitive. The app will increase SSI’s capacity in the populations that are difficult for marketing and research professionals to reach – especially young people, males, higher education levels, and IT consumers and professionals.

SSI launched the first QuickThoughts app in the United States just eight months ago and both customers and respondents are pleased with the results. Customers are finding difficult targets easier to reach with SSI QuickThoughts mobile app members. And the enthusiastic response from survey-takers, with user comments like “looks beautiful … works great on my iPad Mini,” resulted in QuickThoughts rising to 13th in its category in the iTunes store. 

Australia is the first country in Asia Pacific to have the QuickThoughts mobile app. The SSI team attending the AMSRS Conference in Sydney this week is demonstrating the app at SSI’s exhibit booth number four.
