SSI Earns Confirmit ACE Award in Customer Excellence

–Supports Orange in Attaining Unmatched CX Through European NPS Survey–

SSI (Survey Sampling International) earned Confirmit ACE Awards based on its collaboration with Orange to rollout the Orange Customer Experience Tracker (CxTracker), a continuous survey with a monthly quota focused in seven European countries: France, Poland, Spain, Belgium, Slovakia, Romania and Moldova.  Insights from this key performance indicator study have been used to support Orange’s CX Strategy around improving and measuring customers’ experience.
